1. General Terms and Conditions

Bjiee is an online betting and gaming platform providing entertainment services for players in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to participate in online gaming. By registering and creating an account on the bjiee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of our Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bjiee and its users. We reserve the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. 2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Creation

2.2 Account Security

3. Betting and Gaming Rules

3.1 Bet Placement

When placing bets on bjiee, ensure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless bjiee management decides otherwise under special circumstances. All bets are recorded in our system, and in case of disputes, bjiee's records shall be considered final.

Bonuses typically come with wagering requirements - meaning you must bet a certain amount before you can withdraw the bonus money.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. The same person cannot open multiple accounts to claim bonuses. If bjiee detects bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus, forfeit winnings, and close the account. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjiee platform:

1. Multiple accounts: Each person may only hold one account.
2. False Information: Providing false or misleading information.
3. Using another person's account: Using an account in another person's name or identity.
4. Money Laundering: Using money from illegal sources or using bjiee as a medium for money laundering.
5. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or strategically abusing bonuses.
6. Fraud and manipulation: Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or system manipulation through software.
7. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage.
8. Chargeback fraud: Filing unfair chargeback claims against valid deposits.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, all funds may be confiscated, and legal action may be taken.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Bjiee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time for any reason or without reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide KYC documentation
• Responsible gaming concerns

If an account is closed, bjiee may return legitimate balances but reserves the right to confiscate funds if rule violations or fraud are detected. • Your expectations from using the service will be met

Bjiee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of fees or charges you have paid in the last 3 months. This limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of our licensing jurisdiction and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. bjiee's system records shall be considered final proof in all disputes.
